Bryn Cruz, 21, of Milwaukie began transitioning about four years ago. Bryn is covered by the Oregon Health Plan and says "I had no idea what I was doing because I didn't really have anyone to ask about how to do this process, because everyone else who had gotten this far was using private insurance and they had to fight all their battles."
